You can input as many wishes as you want. You are unable to “restart” the raid if you teleport using a wish. Wishes can be used to reach later parts of the raid without having to defeat the bosses before those parts. XP farming for crafted kinetic weapons is a lot faster at the Shuro Chi checkpoint with Chromatic fire on the warlock. The enemies killed in the explosion do count as weapon kills.
